Green Interchange 501(c)(3) is a non-profit organization that plants trees and uses natural solutions to improve Tennessee’s air, land, water, and communities. We focus primarily on planting trees but we also provide other solutions such as native grasses, rain and pollinator gardens, stream restoration, and more. Education is an important component of all our work. We are looking for 2-4 interns for the following opportunities:
Marketing & Events Management Intern(s)
Development & Fundraising Intern(s)
Environmental Field Intern(s)
Work will primarily be done remotely, under supervision of Green Interchange management. Field and Event work may be done on-site, most likely in Middle TN but possibly at a site near you. Approximately 5- 10 hours per week. Internships terms are: Aug/Sept. through Dec, Jan/Feb through April/May, and/or May through July/Aug.
Internships are unpaid, but may be applied to work/study programs for credit, and may be tailored to meet your school and career objectives. Work related expenses will be reimbursed. Reliable internet connection, computer, and cell phone required. To apply send resume & cover letter to info(at symbol)greeninterchange(dot)org with "Intern application" in subject line.
