Fruit Tree Sale to Benefit Green Interchange

​The best time to plant a fruit tree was 2 years ago, the second best time is today*. Our partner Cedar City Consulting is selling fruit trees with 20% of the purchase donated to Green Interchange.

Purchase trees online on the Cedar City Consulting website, then schedule a time to pickup at their Tree Farm in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee.

​Select from Winesap Apple, Pineapple Pear, and Redbud trees, or special order other fruit trees listed on the site. 

​Don't have a place to plant your tree? Why not donate one or more trees to Thurgood Marshall Middle School. Minority enrollment at this school in Antioch is 81%. Their 5th grade class planted a community garden and fruit-tree orchard to help people facing food insecurity.   

​Note: Shipping, delivery, and/or tree planting services may be available with the purchase of 10 or more trees.   

* Here in Tennessee it is best to plant trees from November through March. This way the tree can place more energy in developing roots before it begins producing leaves and flowers in the spring. Planting trees is a great outdoor activity you can enjoy with your family during the holidays.
