About the event

Green Interchange invites you to a tree planting ceremony honoring veterans and first responders. We will plant along with Congressman Mark Green, the City of Clarksville Forestry department, the Tree Board, Clarksville Fire Rescue, and Bridgestone Americas. This will help replace trees that were removed near the station recently.

This event/ceremony is taking place the day after Veteran's Day, on November 12.  Congressman Green, an Army Veteran, will speak.

You may come simply to watch and honor those that have served, or you may join with other volunteers planting trees. No experience needed, and we will provide all the tools and instructions needed. Please park at the entrance of Pisgah Elementary school. You are also required to sign the City of Clarksville's Volunteer waiver.

Registration required - limited to 40 participants. This is a free event, but we are requesting a $10-$25 donation per person to help cover tree and event costs.
